Kate Lucas is a licensed residential and commercial real estate professional with Keller Williams Alliance, serving Charlottesville and the surrounding Central Virginia area. She is passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals by leveraging her strengths in marketing communication and design to develop effective, personalized strategies.
 
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, and raised on a small horse farm in Goochland, Kate has strong ties to the region. After earning a B.A. in Fine Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University, she worked at The Martin Agency, the largest advertising agency in the Southeast. There, she developed her skills in communication and design, which she now uses to help clients highlight their homes’ best features and create marketing strategies that fit their needs.
