In 2009, Kate moved to Charlottesville and founded Charlottesville Multisports, a triathlon and endurance race company she successfully ran for eight years before transitioning to real estate full-time. This entrepreneurial experience enhanced her ability to understand client's needs and deliver tailored solutions, helping her become a trusted REALTOR®.

 

An avid lifelong athlete, stemming from her adventurous Goochland community, Kate has a passion for off-road triathlons and enjoys mountain biking and trail running on the incredible local trails around Charlottesville. She also swims with Cavalier Masters, enjoys music and UVA sports, and treasures quality time with friends and family.

 

Beyond her professional and athletic pursuits, Kate is the Founder of the annual Charlottesville Turkey Trot 5k. This beloved Thanksgiving Day event brings the community together to celebrate family, friends, and fitness while raising essential funds for Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry and the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank.
